Jolteon

Haven't drawn something in a while. I was too busy with an animation project. Anyway that was done in the weekend so I can work on my drawing again. Thought it would be nice to finish this. I am thinking about making amore dynamic piece though.

Based him a bit on cheetahs. I liked adding the static electricity that his fur causes. Also tried some new brushes on this.
