This is the best drawing I've done in my life!

I'm a hugh Eragon fan now! I've read the books and I'm really looking forward too see the movie.

Now why did I draw this?
Because I love drawing dragons and I love the story of Eragon. This Idea was stuck in my head for ages! I just had to draw it!

As you can see, its Eragon Riding Saphira over the Beors.
The scenery was not really easy, my persectief isn't brilliant. Though I think it worked out well.
Saphira was the hardest thing I've ever drawn. She's drawn in persective and is extremly realistic. I drew every single scale on her body. Gave every scale a own patern, shadow and lightfall. The "scaling" Took most of my time. The wings of Saphira are based on the Saphira in the actual movie. I loved the idea of bird like wings with scales that looked like feathers. Saphira herself is made with my own emaginasion.

Eragon is not as Brilliant and beautifull as Saphira I would say. But he's so tiny it's difficult to draw the details. I based him a little on the actor in the film, but I used most of my own fantasy.
Zar'rocs Far to red!

It's made with Ps CS2 And it took me hours and hours and hours! Over 50 at least.
